O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.] Seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirapalli, vide Judgment dated 25.09.2023 in S.C.No.245 of 2018, the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. This Court by an order dated 24.07.2024 dismissed the application filed by the petitioner for suspension of sentence in a detailed manner after discussing all the ground raised before this Court. There is absolutely no change in circumstances of the case to entertain this application, hence we are of the opinion that it is not a fit case for grant of suspension of sentence to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
