2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.9393 of 2017.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of charges, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required only on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
