Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.31/ Oo.Poo/ Ka.Thu.Ka. SeeVa.Uoo.Koo / 2020, dated 09.02.2020 on the file of the respondent No.2 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to grant permission to conduct indefinite hunger strike from 02.03.2020 at Shanmugaraja Auditorium Opposite to Sivagangai Palace demanding to install a statue of Freedom fighters Queen Veeramangai Velunatchiyar at Airport Chennai and install statue of Freedom fighters kings Maruthupandiyar Brothers at Sivagangai Town, within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court.
