Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petition mentioned items were seized by the second respondent under the wrong impression that they are being transported in violation of the Essential Commodities Act.

3. The respondents are therefore directed to return the petition mentioned paddy to the petitioner forthwith and without any delay.

4. The Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
