ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to the Crime No.256 of 2021 on the file respondent police and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that after completing the investigation in Crime No.256 of 2021, the respondent police filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai, through E-filing and the same was not taken on file so far.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Liberty is open to the petitioners to seek appropriate remedy before the concerned Court, if they are still aggrieved by the Final Report.
