ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner is working as driver in the respondent corporation. The petitioner wants to withdraw a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- from and out of his Provident Fund contribution.

3. The respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's request and sanction the amount to which the petitioner is entitled and eligible. This shall be done as expeditiously as possible.
