ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 355, 324, 506 (ii) of the Indian Penal Code in C.C.No.82 of 2007 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner did not appear before the Trial Court on 10.09.2013 and therefore, non-bailable warrant has been issued against the petitioner. Though the non-bailable warrant was issued as early as on10.09.2013, the police were unable to execute the same.
3. In such circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner to appear and surrender before the Trial Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file bail application and the same shall be considered on the same day.
4. The Criminal Original Petition is closed, with the above direction.
