ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to exempt the petitioner from paying the court fee in the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A.(MD)SR No.90050 of 2025 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

4.
