The petitioner/mother seeks production of the person of her 14 year old daughter Sangeetha, who is said to be missing since 18.02.2022.

3. The detenue has been secured and produced before us. It appears that the detenue was lured by the third respondent promise for marriage. We interacted with her. She seems to have realized her mistake. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed, with liberty to the police, to do necessary medical investigation of the detenue and thereafter, produce her before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate.
