ORDER

The petitioners, who stand accused of offences under Sections 452, 427, 506(i) & 379 (NH) I.P.C. and Section 3 of PPDL Act seeks quash of the proceedings in S.C.No.103/2014 on the file of the Assistant Sessions Court, Devakottai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the first respondent police and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3. Today, a joint compromise memo has been filed informs of the matter amicably having been settled, in which, both the petitioners and the second respondent/defacto complainant and also their respective https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ counsel signed.

5. In such circumstances, accepts the memo of compromise, all further proceedings in S.C.No.103/2014 on the file of the Assistant Sessions Court, Devakottai, shall stand quashed. The joint memo of compromise shall form part of the record.
