This writ petition was filed challenging the auction notification issued by the third respondent, dated 23.02.2021 on the ground that the earlier lease that was given in favour of the petitioner was in subsistence. 2.When the petition was entertained, this Court has granted an order of interim stay. In view of the same, the auction itself was not carried forward. That apart, the auction pertained to the fishing right for the period from 10.03.2021 to 30.09.2021. Hence, nothing survives for further consideration in this writ petition at this length of time. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
