To relax the condition imposed by this Honoruable Court dated 08.09.2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11336 of 2017. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.JOSEPH JERRY, Advocate for the petitioner in both petitions and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent in both petitions the court made the following order:- The petitioners are involved in the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 341, 323 and 302 of IPC and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.299 of 2017. These petitions are filed to relax the condition already imposed by this Court.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners complied the conditions imposed by this Court for 24 days only. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the gravity of offence committed by the petitioners and since the petitioners complied the conditions only for 24 days, I am not inclined to relax the condition already imposed by this Court.
