This petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to withdraw and transfer the investigation in crime No.267/12 from the file of the 2nd respondent to the file of the 3rd respondent and may consequently direct the 3rd respondent to complete the investigation and file final report within a specified time period.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in crime No.267/12 from the file of the 2nd respondent has been completed and laid charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kulithurai, which was taken on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

file in P.R.C.No.6 of 2015 and the prayer sought by the petitioner has become infructuous.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
