This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to direct the 1st respondent not to interfere with the peaceful possession of the petitioner`s property described the suit property in O.S.No.71 of 2017 on the file of Sub Court, Valliyoor under the guise of any investigation.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submits that there is no petition/ no complaint pending against the petitioner. He would also submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner a case has been registered against the second and third respondent in Crime No. 189 of 2016 and the first respondent is not interfering with the civil dispute between the parties.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed.
