Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 439 (i)(b) of Criminal Procedure Code to modify one of the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.A.(MD)No.284 of 2017 vide order dated 31.07.2017 by directing the petitioner to report before any other police station or the Court concerned daily at 10.30 a.m. instead of reporting before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m.

Criminal Appeal filed Under Section 14 A(2) of SC and ST (POA) Amendment Act, 2015, to set aside the order Passed in Cr.M.P/No.1752/2017 dated 14.07.2017 on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Judge cum PCR Court, Tiruenlveli and restore the appellant's complaint and enlarge the Petitioner on bail in connection with the case in Crime No.374 of 2017 pending investigation on the file of the respondent police herein. ORDER: This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the affidavit and material papers filed, and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.P.SAMUEL GUNASINGH, Advocate for Petitioner and of Mr.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court made the following order:

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that charge sheet was laid before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli on 11.08.2017 and the same was taken on file and the report dated 03.11.2017 from the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli reveals the fact that the petitioner is complying with the modified condition from 21.09.2017 to 03.11.2017.

3.Considering the reasons assigned for relaxation of condition, this Court is inclined to relax the condition. Accordingly, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on receipt of summons.
