Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioners is present. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court from 13.08.2017 and investigation is still pending.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
