O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent not to interfere with the peaceful possession of the petitioner's property described the suit property in O.S.No.72 of 2019, on the file of the District Munsif, Naguneri under the guise of any investigation.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that based on the complaint given by the second respondent, enquiry was initiated in C.S.R.No.535 of 2019, and enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed. Crl.O.P(MD)No.3808/2020 4.It is made clear that since the enquiry had been closed, the first respondent police shall not harassed the petitioner. 5.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
