The present petition is filed by the petitioners, seeking for a direction to quash the First Information Report in Crime No. 181 of 2019 of V.K.Pudur Police Station, Tenkasi District. 2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would contend that the Inspector of Police, V.K.Pudur Police Station, after concluding investigation in Crime No.181 of 2019, filed a final report before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Alangulam, in S.T.C.No.1332 of 2019.
