ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent to provide police protection by deputing an armed police constable on the days when the petitioner attending the enquiry in the case pertaining to Crime No.194 of 2014 on the file of Thiruchendur Police Station.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that the petition given by the petition has been closed and R.C.S. notice has been served on the petitioner. 3.However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner requires adequate protection to pursue the protest petition pending before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Trichendur.

by the petitioner for police protection during the days of hearing. The petitioner is at liberty to give representation in this regard to the first respondent.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
