This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order, dated 05.01.2022 passed in I.A.No.559 of 2021 in O.S.No.11 of 2021, on the file of the Sub Court, Aranthangi, regarding the cost imposed in the order.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Since no adverse order passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is not necessary.

3. The revision petitioner filed the said Interlocutory Application to receive the additional written statement and the same was allowed by the Subordinate Judge, Aranthangi on payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- on the ground that already in the suit issues were framed and the PW.2 evidence was closed and posted for defendants side evidence. So, there is a delay and also this petition is filed during the recording evidence, the trial Court has rightly imposed the cost. 4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed by confirming the order, dated 05.01.2022 passed in I.A.No.559 of 2021 in O.S.No.11 of 2021, on the file of the Sub Court, Aranthangi. No costs.
