2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the representation that was made by the petitioner enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, it was found that a civil suit is pending between the parties before the District Munsif's Court, Dindigul. Undertaking was also given by both the parties as not to make any trouble with each other till the disposal of the above said pending suit. On that ground it was closed.

3.In view of the above said development, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
