Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.VENKATESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the Court concerned, on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
