ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.THIRUNAVUKKARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.SAKTHI KUMARAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents 1 and 2 and MR.G.MARIAPPAN, Advocate for 3rd Respondent, the court made the following order:- This writ petition is listed today under the caption "for reporting compliance".
2.The writ petition was already disposed of on 25.11.2021 itself and it was ordered to be posted today for reporting compliance.
3.Today (23.12.2021), when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is reported by the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent that as directed by this Court, the third respondent has paid a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- (Rupees Six Lakhs only) to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
WP(MD) No.4717 of 2021 petitioner, towards arrear maintenance as well as future maintenance, vide Cheque No.329428 dated 15.12.2021, State Bank of India. The learned counsel for the petitioner also conceded the same.
4.The submission made on behalf of the third respondent is recorded. In view of the said submission, no further order is required.
