The prayer sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous, since the petitioner's representation dated 21.01.2020 has already been considered by the Chief Educational Officer through his proceedings in e.f.vz;.3992/,3/2019, dated 07.02.2020 and the petitioner's request for payment of arrears for the period between 07.01.2019 to 30.11.2019 has been rejected based on the observations made by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A(MD) No.1013 of 2019, dated 31.10.2019.
