ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Contempt Petition is filed alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 06.07.2023 made in W.P.(MD)No.16311 of 2023. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced the proceedings of the 3rd respondent, dated 21.03.2024, wherein the encroachers mentioned in Serial Nos.1 to 7 were evicted and in respect of Serial Nos.8 to 10, they sought time to vacate the premises.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Contempt Petition stands closed, granting eight weeks time to the encroachers mentioned in Serial Nos.8 to 10 to vacate the premises.
