RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.11267 of 2016 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12497 of 2016 dated 18.11.2016 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.YAMUNA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE(CRIMINAL SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned Counsel for the petitioner is present.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this court in Criminal Original Petition from 21.11.2016 and the petitioner is charged for the offence under section 420 IPC inclusively and investigation is almost over.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the earlier condition is relaxed. However the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required or before the concerned court on receipt of summons.
