RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No. 24297 of 2015 by this Honourable Court dated 21.12.2015 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S K.KUMARAVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

2. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 21/12/2015 made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.24297/15 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer, Dindigul Town North Police Station weekly once i.e on every Sunday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
