ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(aaa) and 4(1-A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act in crime No.Not Known of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the First Information Report came to be registered against the petitioner in Crime No.21 of 2022 for the offences under Section 4(1)(g) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act.

3.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
