O R D E R

This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the respondents to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The petitioner is seeking police protection from the contractors on the ground that they are threatening to take away his life. It is seen that both the contractor and the petitioner have given complaints against each other. The complaint given against the petitioner was only registered in Crime NO. 57 of 2015. In sofaras the case registered against the petitioner is concerned, while entertaining the quash petition, this Court has granted interim stay. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) on instructions submitted that complaint given by the petitioner has not been received.

5.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the said complaint was sent through Registered Post and he has also produced postal receipt for the same. This Court is not willing to go into the above aspect.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent in person on 19.04.2015 and give a petition in person. As and when the same is received, the concerned respondent is directed to take appropriate steps.
