This petition has been filed praying to quash the case in C.C.No.410 of 2013, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi with regard to the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.
