No.4 of 2015 in Crl.O.P(MD). No.13839 of 2015 dated 18.11.2015 on the file of this Honourable Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAJAPRABHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI, the Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 2.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 18/11/2015 made in MP(MD)No.4/15 in Crl.OP(MD)No.13839/15 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in a month i.e. the last Sunday of every month Commencing from November 2015 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 25/01/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
