Mr.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

2.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The petitioner is a retired Government employee. The petitioner's wife took treatment for certain ailments during March 2016. The petitioner who incurred an expenditure of Rs.2,54,279/-, claimed re-imbursement. But the same was negatived. Therefore, an appeal was preferred to the State Level Committee. As on date, the petitioner's appeal has not been disposed of. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.The first respondent is therefore directed to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 21.12.2016, pass appropriate orders on

merits and in accordance with law with regard to re-imbursement of the aforesaid medical expenditure within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
