This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17434 of 2025, dated 03.11.2025.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for only six days.

Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition and that no previous case is pending against the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.17434 of 2025, dated 03.11.2025 is relaxed.
