This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to direct the respondents to register the FIR on basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.02.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) informs that based on the complaint of the petitioner, petition enquiry stands conducted and closed.
4.Recording the said submissions, the Criminal Original Petition shall stand closed. If the petitioner is dissatisfied with the conduct of the respondents and is able to substantiate that the complaint preferred by him informs commission of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
cognizable offence, he would be at liberty to move this Court by way of contempt proceedings. Needless to state that there upon this Court would consider the complaint of the petitioner as also the propriety of the respondents action thereupon.
