PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the Impugned posting Order under ref.No.37300/E2/3/2020 dated 26/02/2021 on the file of 1st respondent in so far as the candidates under Serial No.44 to 72 in concerned and quash the same and further directing the Respondents 1 and 2 to conduct the counseling before the determining the place of posting of the promotional post of Junior Administrative Officer.
