Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court, he further submitted that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed in P.R.C.No.15 of 2017 before the concerned Court. 3.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed, this petition is ordered accordingly.
