Mr.N.Dilip Kumar, learned counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

2.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 3.The petitioner is employed in Indian Overseas Bank. The petitioner is presently in Junior Management-1 Scale. He seeks promotion to Middle Management-2 Scale. In this regard, he has given appeal dated 19.07.2017.

4.The second respondent must pass orders thereon.
