2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that in this matter investigation has already been completed and final report has also been filed by way of efiling in E-filing No.LTN20220001636C202600059 on 30.05.2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithalai. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithalai, is directed to take the aforesaid case on file forthwith.
