RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the compliance period as per the order in Crl.OP(MD)No.8883 of 2016 dated 09.06.2016 to a period of 15 days from the date of passing order.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.CHANDRASEKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.8883 of 2016, dated 09.06.2016.
2. This Court, by order dated 09.06.2016 made in Crl.OP(MD) No.8883 of 2016 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner and directed the petitioner to appear before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioner did not comply with conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, she has approached this Court with the present petition for extension https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ of time.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner could not produce the sureties within the time prescribed by this Court and hence, he prays for extension of time.
4. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side).
5. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the time for execution of sureties is extended till 12.08.2016. sd/- 05/08/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
