ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that this is third anticipatory bail application and this Court, taking into consideration the bad antecedent of the petitioner, has dismissed the earlier petition on 12.12.2022 and now the petitioner is having 9 previous cases and there is no change of circumstances.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the petitioner is having 9 previous cases to his credit and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
