O R D E R

This quash petition is filed to quash the FIR in crime No.24 of 2013 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Anti Land Grabbing Cell, Sivagangai against the petitioner/A1.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already investigation has been completed and the respondent police is yet to file the charge sheet in crime No.24 of 2013 and they are awaiting for the report of thumb impression.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the 1st respondent police is directed to file the charge sheet within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
