Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PITCHAI MUTHU M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.OP(MD)No.21136/2021, dated 29.12.2021. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to illness, he could not produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
