ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 3 not to illegally interfere into the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner in the name of the enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 20.01.2023.

2. Mr.J.K.Jeya Selan, learned Government Advocate (Civil Side) takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the third respondent. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the third respondent would submit that on the basis of the representation that was made by the writ 2/4

petitioner, enquiry was undertaken against one Krishnathevar, who is the fourth respondent herein and similarly, the fourth respondent has given a complaint against the writ petitioner and others and both the matters were enquired jointly and during the course of enquiry, it was found that the sale deed was made in favour of the writ petitioner is not correct and on that basis, now proceedings was initiated by the District Registrar for cancellation of the above said sale deed and on that basis, the writ petitioner's representation and the fourth respondent's complaint were closed on 21.01.2023. He would further submit that notice was ordered to the writ petitioner by the District Registrar for cancellation of the above said sale deed.

4. In view of the above said development, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, the writ petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before the concerned authority. No costs. 21.02.2023 NCC :
