Order: These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitions and of MR.K.V.RAJARAJAN, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the First Respondent in all the petitions and MR.VANCHINATHAN, Advocate for R2 in Crl.O.P.No.350/2015 and the Court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C., to cancel the bail granted to the second respondent in Cr.M.P.Nos. 6349, 6057 and 5877 of 2013 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent in Crl.O.P.No.350 of 2015 and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State. There is no representation for the second respondent in Crl.O.P.Nos.356 and 386 of 2015.

3. Mr.S.Vanchinathan, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent in Crl.O.P.No.350 of 2015 submitted that the dispute between the defacto complainant and the accused was already settled and FIR was also quashed by this Court under orders in Crl.O.P.No.5318 of 2015 on 27.03.2015.
4. Recording the above submission, these petitions are closed.
