Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.SANTHANAM RAJESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE(CRIMINAL SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent.

2. Anticipatory bail was granted on 15.12.2016 directing the petitioner to appear before the concerned court within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that copy of the order was delivered on 21.12.2016. This petition was filed on 25.01.2017. The petitioner failed to appear within the stipulated time and this petition is filed out of time.

4.
