Prayer: Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to quash the F.I.R. with regard to the petitioner's in Cr.No.1 of 2014, dated 24.02.2014, on the file of the first respondent Police.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the accused Nos.1 & 2, to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.1 of 2014, pending on the file of the first respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after investigation, charge sheet has been filed and the case also has been taken on file in C.C.No.19 of 2014, on the file of the TNPID, Court, Madurai and after full trial, all the accused were acquitted on 27.10.2017.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
