Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.HAJA MOHIDEEN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.HARIHARAN, Advocate for the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the revision petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents are present.

2.As per order of this Court dated 10.10.2017 the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- before the Court concerned.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that said order is properly complied with and proof of deposit is also filed. 4.The learned counsel for the respondents requests this Court to permit to withdraw the amount deposited before the Trial Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has no

objection to withdraw the said amount by the respondents herein. Therefore, the respondents are permitted to withdraw the said amount on proper application.

6.Interim stay is made absolute and this Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
