By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The application has been filed seeking widow certificate to the petitioner. The application was made online on 29.08.2019 by the petitioner. The petitioner herein, A.Panchavarnam, is the second wife of the deceased Alagarsamy. Alagarsamy already had a wife. She is still alive. It is for that reason, the application given by the petitioner was rejected. The Court cannot recognise a second wife, when the first wife is alive. I find no merits in this writ petition.
