3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Ottapidaram, Thoothukudi.

4. Considering the same, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before concerned Court on 08.03.2023 and thereafter on the dates fixed by the court.
