Marimuthu, Life Convict Prisoner, bearing Life convict Prisoner No.6030 confined at Central prison, Madurai by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.01.2026

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 26.01.2026 submitted by the petitioner seeking 30 days ordinary leave and pass orders on own merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition (Crl.) stands disposed of. No costs.
